Mecolam can develop the moulds by two methods:
The customer has to provide the "3D data" of the part from which a wooden plug / pattern will be made by CNC machining and then a mould from the plug.
Alternately, the customer can provide an "existing part" from which a mould will be manufactured in reverse engineering method.
